Project Overview

Working with developers I created a project management system for my department, the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) department. It allows clients within the School to submit requests directly to us. The system is divided into two areas: the Ticket System and the Project System.

This allowed us to manage quick requests as well as long-term projects. The system also encourages open communication by giving everyone the opportunity to comment on any requests.

My Role

I designed the interfaces and created the functionality of the system. I worked directly with the IMC's clients to determine what type of information they wanted to see when tracking the progress of their projects and how they wanted to communicate with the team.
