Style Guide
Project Overview
At Openfinance, we recently underwent a rebranding process. Our Marketing Director and an outside marketing firm worked with our leadership team to create a new brand for Openfinance. We originally were named OpenFinance Network, but felt that we needed to create an updated look and feel for our company. We wanted to sit between a fresh new startup vibe and a more established financial institute.
Once the new branding came into place, I created a style and branding guide that showcased everything for how to utilize our logo to our branded colors and typography. This document is a living document, because I continually add more guidelines as we further establish our brand. I am also working on including style components in the guide. This will allow the guide to serve as a resource to our front-end development team as we continue to build out platform pages.
My Role
I designed the style guide based on the branding created by our Marketing team. I expanded the guide beyond just general styling to include style components and ensured the guide included both print and digital guidelines.
