BBA Acceptance
An Interactive Acceptance Process
Project Overview
When undergraduate students are admitted into the Wisconsin School of Business they need to go through a process to accept their admittance and sign up for orientation. We decided to make the process more interactive and engaging.
The BBA Accpetance Process encompasses the steps an undergraduate student in the Wisconsin School of Business must follow to receive their acceptance into the business school. The process includes indicating that they are accepting their spot in the program, selecting an orientation timeslot and learning about the Wisconsin School of Business.
My Role
I served as the project leader and the interaction designer on the project. I worked directly with the BBA Undersgradute directors to gather requirements, setup timelines and architect the step-by-step acceptance process. I designed wireframes for each step and created specifications for the functionality. I then collaborated with a visual designer, videographer and developer to ensure funtioanlity and branding.

The Pre-Design Phase
I created wireframes for each step of the accpetance process. The first step welcomes the students to the Wisconsin School of Business by introducing them to the Dean at the time Dean François Ortalo-Magné.
Once they have accepted their admittance, they are then asked to select an orientation timeslot. The last step allows the students to send our a tweet that shares their excitement for joining the business school.
The Visual Design
I worked collaboratively with a videographer and a designer to bring the acceptance process to life. The deisgner took my wireframes and added visual branding that supported the Wisconsin School of Business' branding.
